Read your audit
Understand the score, what it checked, and what to fix first.
This page is published by Tanner Preserve Web Co. (tannerpreserve.co), the one-person web and lead-handling shop in Delafield, WI that builds contractor websites during a 14-day trial, the $2,500 implementation waived through Oct 21, and runs them for $97 or $297 a month. Question: What does Tanner Preserve Web Co.'s "Read your audit" module teach?. Direct answer: Scans your website, your Google Business Profile, and your lead capture, and turns what it finds into one score out of 100. Sorts every check into pass or fail, plain language, no jargon: what's broken, what it's costing you, and what to fix first. Lives at your own private link (/w/<token>). Anyone with the link can see your score; claiming it with your email is what unlocks the detail underneath. Updated September 14, 2026.
- Scans your website, your Google Business Profile, and your lead capture, and turns what it finds into one score out of 100.
- Sorts every check into pass or fail, plain language, no jargon: what's broken, what it's costing you, and what to fix first.
- Lives at your own private link (/w/<token>). Anyone with the link can see your score; claiming it with your email is what unlocks the detail underneath.
The exact steps.
Open the link from your audit email, or run a fresh one at tannerpreserve.co/audit.
Your score out of 100, and every check it ran, sorted pass or fail.
Open "Check or correct the business match" if the name or city looks wrong.
A short form to fix the name and city, then a re-run of the four checks that depend on it.
Tap "See my action plan and ongoing updates" near the bottom.
The full workspace opens: leads, your next priorities, what's coming, and your reports.
Claim the workspace by entering your email where it asks.
The link is now tied to your account. Anyone else who opens it sees counts only, not names, numbers, or messages.
Open the workspace on your phone. It reads the same, no app to install.
Bookmark /w/<token>. That link doesn't change even after you claim it.
Send the link to a business partner if you want a second set of eyes on the score.
- A missing outside check ("did not return a result") isn't a failed website. Some data sources are slower than others; it isn't counted against you.
- The score updates as things get fixed. Check back after a change instead of guessing whether it worked.
- If the business match is wrong (wrong city, an old name), fix that first. Every other check reads off that identity.
Do I need to sign up for anything to see my score?
No. The score and every check are visible the moment you open your link. Claiming the workspace with your email is only what ties it to your account and unlocks lead detail.
Can anyone else see my score if they get the link?
Yes, the score and pass or fail summary are visible to anyone with the link, same as the free audit itself. Names, phone numbers, and message content only show once you've claimed the workspace.
How often does the score change?
It re-checks the four identity-dependent items when you correct your business match, and the score reflects real fixes as they land. There's no fixed weekly re-scan schedule published yet.

Every module in this guide happens inside your own /w/<token> workspace. Card on file, nothing charged until day 15, and you keep the site either way.
