Web Design forGenesee Contractors
The $2,500 implementation is waived through Oct 21 for plans started by then, built during a 14-day trial. Your domain, your accounts, your site.
- For roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, excavators, well and septic contractors, and landscapers working the town of Genesee, Genesee Depot, Saylesville, and the Highway 59 and 83 corridor.
- The town of Genesee has 2,968 housing units, median build year 1981, and 86.4% built before 2000. 90.3% are owner-occupied, the highest share of any place on this site. Census median value $437,500.
- Site, Google Business Profile, listings, and lead forms built during the trial. $97 a month after, month to month, you own everything.
- 10 minutes from my desk in Delafield, Highway 83 south to Genesee Depot. I've eaten at the Union House more than once.
- Who shows up first when a neighbor searches for what you do.Google's answer and the AI answer, with names. Whether one of them is you.
- Where you lose them.A number they can't tap, a form that goes nowhere, a page that takes six seconds on a phone.
- What to fix first. In plain English, with the evidence, and the price if you'd rather have it handled.
Built for the trades in a town without a village.
Genesee is a town, not a city or a village, and that changes everything about how it searches. There's no downtown except the crossroads at Genesee Depot, where Highway 83 meets 59 by Ten Chimneys and the old rail line. The rest is Saylesville, the mill pond, the Genesee Lake Road corridor, and thirty square miles of hobby farms, horse properties, and 1970s and 80s houses on two to five acres. Nearly all of it is on private wells and septic. There is no municipal sewer to speak of.
90.3% of Genesee's 2,968 housing units are owner-occupied, the highest share of anywhere I've written a page for, and 86.4% were built before 2000 with a median year of 1981. That's a town of long-tenured owners on aging systems: original drainfields, 40-year-old wells, second and third roofs, pole barns that need electrical, and driveways that are a quarter mile long. Census median value $437,500. They hire people they've heard of, and they check the website to see whether the person they've heard of looks like they'll still be in business next year.
That's the site I build, and the number's on the page, not behind a call: the $2,500 implementation, built during the 14-day trial and waived through Oct 21, then $97 a month for Run. Grow is $297 if you want missed-call text-back, review requests, and the monthly Google profile work handled too. Every page is per service, written from what you tell me, with your Business Profile and listings wired in so the map and the website agree.

Genesee, from Delafield. 10 minutes from my desk in Delafield, south on Highway 83 to the Depot.
Serving Genesee Depot, Saylesville, North Prairie, Wales, Delafield, Mukwonago, New Berlin, Waukesha, Lake Country.
The $2,500 implementation, waived. $97 a month to keep it working.
Fixed and published, not invented once someone sees how the truck out front looks. For context, what a contractor website around here actually costs:
A templated build: a theme flipped on Wix or WordPress with your logo dropped in. Profile, listings, and tracking rarely included.
A custom build from a regional agency, one time, with a monthly retainer quoted after the fact for anything ongoing.
Run, mine. A website built for your trade, your Google Business Profile done properly, the listings that matter (Google, Facebook, Apple Maps, Bing), forms that email you the moment a lead lands, and a lead inbox. Missed-call text-back, review requests, and the monthly agent work are on Grow at $297. Built during the trial, on your own domain.
Both plans are itemized on the plans page. You own everything.
Fourteen days of trial. Then the honest part.

Build
I write the copy from what you tell me and you approve it before anything ships. Google Business Profile, listings, and tracking get wired in alongside the site.
Live
Site, profile, listings, analytics, all live on accounts you own. If something I built misses the scope we agreed on, I fix it at no charge.
Rankings move

What I know about searching from Genesee.
Genesee has the same problem Wales does, only more so: Google has almost nothing local to show. A search from Genesee Depot for "electrician near me" returns Waukesha, Mukwonago, and Delafield contractors because so few are based in the town and fewer still have set their Business Profile up so Google knows it. A contractor who fixes that during the trial becomes the most local result for a town of seven thousand people that nobody else is competing for.
Septic and well work is the biggest search category here by a wide margin, because the whole town is on it. Drainfield replacement, septic inspections for home sales, well pump and pressure tank work, water softening and iron filtration for the hard water the moraine gives everybody. Most of those searches return a Waukesha company's generic services page. A page that names Genesee and Saylesville and says the words plainly beats it.
Last, the horse and hobby-farm lane. Genesee has more barns, paddocks, and outbuildings per house than anywhere in the county, and they need electrical service, metal roofing, concrete, fencing, and drainage that a subdivision contractor never writes about. If you do it, a page with photos of a barn job ranks for searches with no competition. The live sites linked on this page are the proof; run them through a speed test yourself before you decide anything.
Questions Genesee contractors actually ask.
How much does a contractor website cost in Genesee?
Nobody in Genesee is selling websites, so quotes come from Waukesha or Milwaukee agencies at $2,500 to $7,500 plus hosting and edits, or from freelancers at $500 to $2,000. Mine is the $2,500 implementation, built during the 14-day trial and waived through Oct 21, then $97 a month, the same number for everyone, from ten minutes up the road.
Genesee doesn't have a downtown. What address goes on the site?
Your real one. A Genesee or Genesee Depot address on the Business Profile is exactly what makes you the most local result Google can find for the town. If you work from home, the profile gets set up as a service-area business so the address stays private and the town still counts.
Almost all my work is well, septic, and barns. Is that too narrow for a site?
It's the opposite. Those are the searches in Genesee with the most intent and the least competition, and each one gets its own page written from what you tell me about the work. A narrow site that says the right words beats a broad one that says nothing.
Can I keep my domain and my Google reviews?
Yes to both. The domain keeps its search history and the Google profile with your reviews stays yours. I clean it up and connect it to the new site. Nothing you've earned resets.
How fast will I show up for "septic Genesee WI"?
Weeks, in most cases, because there's almost nobody competing for the town by name. Broader terms like "septic Waukesha County" take months. Run the free audit and you'll see where you stand today.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Genesee Depot is 10 minutes south of my desk on Highway 83. Your shop, the Union House, or a job site, whatever's easiest. Book fifteen minutes or run the audit first so we have something to look at.
