Web Design forNew Berlin Contractors
Built during a 14-day trial, the $2,500 implementation waived through Oct 21, then one published monthly price. Your domain, your accounts, your site.
- For roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, excavators, well and septic contractors, and industrial trades working New Berlin, Prospect Hill, and the Moorland and National Avenue corridors.
- New Berlin has 17,577 housing units, more than Brookfield, with a median build year of 1978 and 84.3% built before 2000. The Census median value is $365,700, the most affordable of the big eastern suburbs.
- Site, Google Business Profile, listings, and lead forms built during the trial. $97 a month after, month to month, you own everything.
- 25 minutes from my desk in Delafield, I-94 to Moorland or Highway 59 through Genesee. Either way I know the route.
- Who shows up first when a neighbor searches for what you do.Google's answer and the AI answer, with names. Whether one of them is you.
- Where you lose them.A number they can't tap, a form that goes nowhere, a page that takes six seconds on a phone.
- What to fix first. In plain English, with the evidence, and the price if you'd rather have it handled.
Built for the trades on big lots and long driveways.
New Berlin is a city that still thinks like a town. The east side off Moorland and National filled in with 1960s and 70s ranches and colonials on city water. The west side, past Calhoun toward Prospect Hill and the Waukesha line, is acre lots, private wells, and septic systems, and a lot of it still is. That split shows up in the trade work: sewer laterals and water heater swaps on the east side, well pumps, septic pumping, drainfield replacement, and long-driveway concrete on the west. A New Berlin contractor who does both needs a site that talks to both.
The median house here was built in 1978, and 84.3% of the 17,577 units are pre-2000, which puts most of the city on its second roof and its second furnace at least. 76.5% are owner-occupied. The Census median value of $365,700 is the lowest of the county's large eastern cities, and that matters for how people buy: New Berlin homeowners price-shop harder than Brookfield does, get three quotes, and pick the contractor whose website made the price feel fair before the truck ever showed up.
That's the build, priced on the page instead of behind a call: the $2,500 implementation, waived through Oct 21 if you start a plan by then, then $97 a month for Run. Grow is $297 if you want missed-call text-back, review requests, and the monthly Google profile work handled too. Every page is per service, written from what you tell me, with your Business Profile and listings wired in so the map and the website agree.

The $2,500 implementation, waived. $97 a month to keep it working.
Fixed and published, not invented once someone sees how the truck out front looks. For context, what a contractor website around here actually costs:
A templated build: a theme flipped on Wix or WordPress with your logo dropped in. Profile, listings, and tracking rarely included.
A custom build from a regional agency, one time, with a monthly retainer quoted after the fact for anything ongoing.
Run, mine. A website built for your trade, your Google Business Profile done properly, the listings that matter (Google, Facebook, Apple Maps, Bing), forms that email you the moment a lead lands, and a lead inbox. Missed-call text-back, review requests, and the monthly agent work are on Grow at $297. Built during the trial, on your own domain.
Both plans are itemized on the plans page. You own everything.
Fourteen days of trial. Then the honest part.

Rankings move

What I know about searching from New Berlin.
The New Berlin Industrial Park along Lincoln Avenue and Moorland Road is one of the largest in Wisconsin, and it changes what a contractor here should rank for. Roofers get flat roof and metal roof searches from plant managers. Electricians get three-phase and machine hookup calls. HVAC companies get make-up air and rooftop unit work that a residential-only site never surfaces for. If you do any of it, it needs its own page with its own photos, and most New Berlin contractor sites don't have one. That's a page-one opening.
The map pack for New Berlin is split by geography more than most. Google serves different local results to someone searching from National Avenue than to someone on Racine Avenue near the Muskego line, and West Allis and Greenfield contractors show up on the east side while Waukesha contractors show up on the west. The way to hold both is a Business Profile with a service area drawn honestly, reviews from both halves of the city, and pages that name the places: Prospect Hill, Regal Manors, the Industrial Park, Calhoun Road.
Last, the well and septic lane. Roughly the western third of New Berlin is unsewered, and "septic pumping New Berlin" and "well pump repair New Berlin" are searches with almost no competition from anyone who bothered to write a page about it. Those pages go up during the trial. The live sites linked on this page are the proof; run them through a speed test yourself before you decide anything.
Questions New Berlin contractors actually ask.
How much does a contractor website cost in New Berlin?
Local agencies quote $2,500 to $7,500 for a custom contractor site and then bill hosting and edits on top. Template shops and freelancers run $500 to $2,000. Mine is the $2,500 implementation, waived through Oct 21 for plans that start by then, then $97 a month, the same number for everyone.
I do residential and industrial. Does that need two websites?
One site, separate pages. The industrial page gets its own photos, its own heading, and its own contact path so a plant manager in the Industrial Park and a homeowner in Prospect Hill each land on the page written for them. Google ranks pages, not sites, so both can rank.
Half my customers are on wells and septic. Can the site say that?
It should. The unsewered west side of New Berlin searches for well and septic work with almost no competition, and a page that says it plainly ranks. Those pages get written during the trial from what you tell me about the work.
Can I keep my domain and my Google reviews?
Yes to both. The domain keeps its search history and the Google profile with your reviews stays yours. I clean it up and connect it to the new site. Nothing you've earned resets.
How fast will I show up for "HVAC New Berlin"?
Map results usually move within weeks once the profile and listings are right. Organic rankings move in months, and anyone promising page one by a date is guessing. Run the free audit and you'll see where you stand today.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. New Berlin is 25 minutes from my desk in Delafield, and I'm through on Highway 59 often enough anyway. Your shop, a coffee on National, or a job site, whatever's easiest. Book fifteen minutes or run the audit first.
