Web Design forOconomowoc Contractors
Built during a 14-day trial, the $2,500 implementation waived through Oct 21, then one published monthly price. Your domain, your accounts, your site.
- For roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, remodelers, landscapers, and dock and shoreline crews working Oconomowoc, Okauchee, Summit, and the lake chain.
- Oconomowoc has 8,025 housing units and the median one was built in 1982. 63.9% of the stock is pre-2000. That's repair and replacement work, not new construction.
- Site, Google Business Profile, listings, and lead forms built during the trial. $97 a month after, month to month, you own everything.
- 12 minutes from my desk in Delafield, straight out Highway 16. Coffee on Wisconsin Avenue is a normal first meeting.
- Who shows up first when a neighbor searches for what you do.Google's answer and the AI answer, with names. Whether one of them is you.
- Where you lose them.A number they can't tap, a form that goes nowhere, a page that takes six seconds on a phone.
- What to fix first. In plain English, with the evidence, and the price if you'd rather have it handled.
Built for the trades working the lake chain.
Oconomowoc is a lake town first. Lac La Belle, Fowler Lake, and Okauchee sit inside or against the city, and a big share of the work here is what water does to houses: ice heave on foundations, wet basements every spring, roofs that take the wind coming across the lake, docks and lifts that go in and out twice a year. A homeowner on the west shore searching "basement waterproofing Oconomowoc" from a phone on a Saturday is a different customer from someone in a Pabst Farms subdivision searching "furnace install", and one site has to be found by both.
That's the site I build. A page per service, written from what you tell me about your jobs, with your Google Business Profile and listings wired in so the map pack and the website agree about who you are and where you work. Oconomowoc's housing is older than it looks from Highway 67: the median house dates to 1982, and the ACS median value is $394,500 with Zillow's June 2026 index at $556,282, up 6% in a year. Homes worth fixing properly, owned by people who search before they call.
Most web design companies serving Oconomowoc quote after they've seen your truck. Mine is published: the $2,500 implementation, built during the 14-day trial and waived through Oct 21, then $97 a month for Run. Grow is $297 if you want missed-call text-back, review requests, and the monthly Google profile work handled too.
Things you can click. Numbers you can check.
No quotes next to stock photos. Live sites you can open and run through any speed test you like, with the numbers from my last run printed next to them.
- SEWI Claims
Public adjuster, southeast Wisconsin. Site, intake, and payments on their own domain.
Mobile Lighthouse performance 99. Largest content paints in 0.8 seconds. Layout shift 0.
- Oosht
Live-event AV company. Build in progress on a preview domain, not a finished client site. Homepage sequence is drawn as SVG instead of a hero video, so it loads on a phone in a parking lot.
Mobile Lighthouse performance 92. Largest content paints in 1.6 seconds.
- Tanner Preserve AV
My own AV tools site: 146 calculators, a venue directory, and a 3D previz of real ballrooms.
206 indexable routes generated from one data spine. Same engine the contractor sites run on.

Oconomowoc, from Delafield. 12 minutes from my desk in Delafield, west on Highway 16.
Serving Okauchee, Summit, Dousman, Ixonia, Ashippun, Nashotah, Delafield, Hartland, Pewaukee, Lake Country.
The $2,500 implementation, waived. $97 a month to keep it working.
Fixed and published, not invented once someone sees how the truck out front looks. For context, what a contractor website around here actually costs:
A templated build: a theme flipped on Wix or WordPress with your logo dropped in. Profile, listings, and tracking rarely included.
A custom build from a regional agency, one time, with a monthly retainer quoted after the fact for anything ongoing.
Run, mine. A website built for your trade, your Google Business Profile done properly, the listings that matter (Google, Facebook, Apple Maps, Bing), forms that email you the moment a lead lands, and a lead inbox. Missed-call text-back, review requests, and the monthly agent work are on Grow at $297. Built during the trial, on your own domain.
Both plans are itemized on the plans page. You own everything.
Fourteen days of trial. Then the honest part.

Card on file, nothing charged for 14 days. Tell me your trade and where you work and I start on the site.
Build
I write the copy from what you tell me and you approve it before anything ships. Google Business Profile, listings, and tracking get wired in alongside the site.
Live
Site, profile, listings, analytics, all live on accounts you own. If something I built misses the scope we agreed on, I fix it at no charge.
Rankings move
Map visibility moves in weeks. Organic rankings move in months. Anyone promising page one by a date is guessing.

What I know about searching from Oconomowoc.
The city splits along Highway 16. North of it you have the old downtown, the lake lots, and the 1900s to 1970s housing that generates most of the remodel, electrical, and plumbing calls. South of it, Pabst Farms and the newer subdivisions off Highway 67 and Valley Road are 2000s construction hitting the age where the first furnace, water heater, and roof give out at once. A services page per job type, instead of one "Our Services" wall, gets you matched to both kinds of search.
Oconomowoc also pulls searches from places that aren't Oconomowoc. Summit, Okauchee, Ashippun, Ixonia, and the Dousman side of the lake all type "Oconomowoc" into the search box because it's the town with the hardware store. Your Google Business Profile's service area, not your website, decides whether you show up for those. Getting the categories, hours, service area, and photos right is part of the build, and keeping them right is part of the monthly.
One thing specific to this market: the lake work is seasonal and the search volume follows it. Dock and lift installs spike in April and again in October, shoreline and seawall work runs through the summer, and heating searches start the week the lake turns over. A site that already has those pages up when the season turns beats one that gets around to it in June. I build them during the trial so they're indexed before the calls start.
Questions Oconomowoc contractors actually ask.
How much does a contractor website cost in Oconomowoc?
The local agencies that cover Oconomowoc and Lake Country quote $2,500 to $7,000 for a custom site, one time, with hosting and edits billed after. Freelancers and template shops run $500 to $2,000. Mine is the $2,500 implementation, waived through Oct 21, then $97 a month, the same number for everyone because it's on this page.
Do you work with dock, pier, and shoreline contractors?
Yes, and it's some of the most search-friendly work in this market because almost nobody has a real page for it. "Dock installation Oconomowoc" and "seawall repair Lac La Belle" are typed by people who own lake property and don't shop on price. A page per service with real photos of your installs is the whole job.
My customers are on Okauchee and Summit too. Does the site cover them?
The site names them, and more importantly your Google Business Profile's service area includes them, which is what decides whether you appear on a map search from those addresses. Both get set up during the trial.
Can I keep my domain and my Google reviews?
Yes to both. The domain keeps its history and the Google profile with your reviews stays yours; I clean it up and connect it to the new site. Nothing you've earned resets.
How fast will I rank for "roofer Oconomowoc"?
The build gives Google what it needs: a fast site, a page per service, a complete Business Profile, matching listings, and schema. Map visibility usually moves in weeks. Organic rankings move in months, and anyone promising page one by a date is guessing. I'd rather tell you that now.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. I'm 12 minutes east in Delafield. Coffee on Wisconsin Avenue, a stop at your shop, or a look at a job on the lake, all normal. Book fifteen minutes or run the free audit first so we have something concrete to look at.
