Business Automation for Delafieldand Lake Country Contractors

A lead comes in, sits for a day, and either goes cold or the quote follow-up never happens. Grow chases it down.

TLDR
  • Grow is $297 a month, no contract, and layers onto Run
  • Lead qualification and scheduling, quote follow-up, and review requests, running without you touching them
  • One new local page added to your site every month
  • Ad templates loaded and a one-page report every month, in plain numbers
  • You start with the free 14-day trial on Run, then add Grow whenever the manual work gets old
What the sheet tells you
  • Who shows up first when a neighbor searches for what you do.Google's answer and the AI answer, with names. Whether one of them is you.
  • Where you lose them.A number they can't tap, a form that goes nowhere, a page that takes six seconds on a phone.
  • What to fix first. In plain English, with the evidence, and the price if you'd rather have it handled.

Run fixes the front door. Grow fixes what happens after.

Run gets your site live, your Google profile tuned, and the missed-call and instant-reply pieces working. Grow picks up from there: the lead that comes in at 9pm, the quote that went quiet, the review that never got asked for, and the local page you keep meaning to add and never do.

Sheet 03 · Who this is for
Delafield quadrangle

A contractor whose leads outrun their follow-up.

Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, remodeling, painting, or concrete contractors in Delafield, Hartland, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee, Wales, Nashotah, and Waukesha, getting enough leads that chasing every quote and every review by hand is starting to slip.

Grow already includes everything in Run, so you don’t buy the front door twice. Start on the free trial, add Grow whenever the manual follow-up gets old.

What Grow adds on top of Run.

  • Lead qualification and scheduling: a new lead gets sorted and booked onto your calendar without you typing anything
  • Quote follow-up: the customer who asked for a quote and went quiet gets a nudge, on a schedule, without you remembering to send it
  • Review engine: the request goes out after every job automatically, replies get handled, and the good ones get surfaced where new customers see them
  • One new local page a month: another page built for a service or town you serve, added to your site so it keeps ranking for more searches
  • Ad templates loaded and ready if you decide to run paid traffic
What you receive every month
  • The system watched and kept running: a broken lead path caught before you notice it, not after
  • A one-page report on what ran, what it caught, and what came in because of it
  • Small adjustments as your business changes, included in the monthly price
  • Weekly office hours and email support if something needs a human

Your time

You call every lead back, text every quote follow-up, and remember to ask for reviews. Works fine until the leads outpace the hours.

What this doesn’t cover, in writing:

  • Promised outcomes
  • Ad spend (that's your budget, in your ad account)
  • Voice answering (that's the AI Receptionist add-on on /fixes)

If this goes sideways, that's on me, not you.

  • You own everything. Your domain, your listings, your ad accounts, and your content live in your accounts, in your name. Your code, your data, and your phone number are yours by contract and transfer on request, and the continuity kit you get at go-live shows your next developer exactly how. Walk away whenever you want and you keep all of it.
  • If something I built misses the scope we agreed to, I fix it at no extra charge, full stop. And every system gets its first 30 days of tuning included, measured against the goal we set together before I built it. You just answer your calls and send me your photos.

Questions buyers ask.

Do I need Grow, or is Run enough?

Run covers the front door: your site, your Google profile, forms that email you the moment a lead lands, and the lead inbox. Grow adds missed-call text-back, review requests, and the ongoing work of chasing leads and quotes and adding pages, so it's worth it once you're getting enough leads that following up on all of them by hand is the actual bottleneck.

Do I own everything Grow builds?

Yes. The pages live on your site, the leads live in your calendar and your accounts, and the review requests go out under your name. Cancel anytime, no contract, and you keep all of it.

What if I'm unreachable when a lead comes in?

That's the point of it: the qualification and scheduling run whether or not you're at your phone. You get notified, the lead gets handled, and nothing sits in a voicemail for six hours.

Can it work with the tools I already use for scheduling or invoicing?

Usually, yes. Tell me what you run and I'll wire the lead and quote flow into it instead of asking you to switch systems.

Why not just hire someone part-time to follow up on leads?

A part-time hire costs more than $297 a month and still needs a manager. If your volume genuinely needs a person, I'll say so. Most contractors just need the follow-up to actually happen every time, which is what this does.

Is this a subscription or a one-time build?

Subscription, same as Run: $297 a month, no contract, step down to Run any month you want less. There's no separate implementation fee.

What's not included?

Promised outcomes. Ad spend (that's your budget, in your ad account). Voice answering (that's the AI Receptionist add-on on /fixes).
