Raised gunite spas with spillways, 400k-BTU heaters, and bench seating cut for the people who actually use it. Integrated with the pool's hydraulics, not bolted on.

Sheer-descent waterfalls, scuppers, bubblers, and laminar jets. The sound of moving water, tuned so it reads as calm and not loud.
Lighting & Automation
Color-changing LED, fiber-optic accents, and one-app control for heat, jets, and lights — set a scene from the kitchen before guests arrive.

You see the finished backyard in photoreal 3D, with full structural and hydraulic engineering, before approving a single dollar.

Build & finish
One crew, one supervisor, weekly walkthroughs. Excavation to plaster, tile, and coping — handled in-house, not subbed to strangers.
